Apartment Kate is located in the narrow center of the Split's historic core, The Diocletian's palace. It is located exactly in the palace, on the corner of the Riva and the old market, which offers, besides the amazing views, a location perfect for all of the benefits which the center of the town and the Diocletian's palace offers to tourists.
From the west side the view shows the st: Dujam belltower and the park-forrest Marjan. All views of transportation gets you at less than 5 minutes on foot to the apartment. Itself, it is an apartment of 75m2, and it has 2 separate bedrooms (one single bedroom and one double bedroom) and a living room which has a sofa which can convert to a king size bed if needed.For the sixth person there is a one extra fold up bed...
It has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, a huge balcony with an amazing view to the whole center of the city, a hi-fi audio system, digital satellite television, fast internet, PC, DVD, VCR, air conditioning, microwave, washing machine, etc.. all the necessary things for a comfortable and careless stay. The owners also provide guarded parking space (6 euros per a day) in front of the building, and are open to any other requests.
Also on the same floor are available apartments KATE 1,2,3 so the apartments can be rented as a whole unit for 12 people or each apartment separately...

The location within the edge of the palace was excellent. Also the room did not suffer from outside noise during sleeping times. The decor of the room was fun and the kitchen well-equipped. The staff are exceptional.

Really nice, helpful, english-speaking owner provided instructions and brochures for sight-seeing options upon our arrival. Apartment was really close to the old city, riviera and the port. It was really well equipped including even a washing machine. If you are lucky you can park right in front of the building for free ;)

The place is literally right in the wall of the old palace. Fantastic location to everything and beautiful view out the window. There is a shared rooftop patio that has a fantastic view of the sea.

The apartment owner was very friendly, picked us up from the bus station, was available on mobile and ready to assist us with further travel. The apartment was bright and spacious and clean and had wi-fi and cable, and everything you needed as well as some little extras. It was very conveniently located close to the centre of town and felt very secure.
