Situated in the old centre of Split and near to the famous Diocletian Palace is this  newly renovated one-room apartment. Apartment is in a private stone house in the old part part the town. Featuring original stone the house is built in Dalmatian style. The apartment is well positioned for the restaurants and  bars as well as the beaches and the ACI Marina. It is perfect location, just 5 minutes walking distance from the centre of Split makes it the ideal location to explore the magic of this ancient city. Rising above Studio Apartment Nikolina is the Marjan, a tree covered hill which affords superb views over the city and which provides six square kilometres of parkland for walking and biking, as well as hiding dozens of small coves suitable for swimming.

This spacious apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed that can sleep two people, a small kitchenette with a dining area, satelite TV and air conditioning. It is designed for two people but can accommodate four. Outside there is a beautiful intimate garden with Mediterraneanean plants and BBQ, ideal for dining and relaxing… Here you can read your favorites book, enjoying good wine , sea-food, coffe, barbecue…
There is also one parking place.
