Villa is located in the elite part of the town called “Firule”. Villa Nina is ideally tucked away from the busy streets of Split city centre while being only a 10-minute walk away from the city's nucleus that is the ancient Diocletian's palace -a world heritage site.
It is a smaller building, area of 90 m2 with a private entrance - located in the most beautiful part of Split, Firule. In front of the building there are several tennis courts and a very nice Firule beach. The apartment has two floors and has a total of 6 beds. The ground floor consist of kitchen, dining room, living room with double bed (if needed), shower-toilet, and on the floor (attic) there are two bedrooms. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area has been renovated to an exceptional standard.
The special feature of Villa Nina is the beautiful intimate garden 150 m2 with and BBQ, ideal for dining and relaxing… Here you can read your favorites book, enjoying good wine, seafood, coffee and barbecue or just relax in the beautiful atmosphere. An interesting accommodation for families with children, friends and coupes of any sort. There is also one parking space.

"What a lovely Villa, great location and very clean. Gorgeous garden and very comfy beds. Beach was the best so close and so great we loved going for a midnight swim and being so close to it all... The owner was very helpful, and very understanding when we managed to loose one of the keys. The cafe near by is excellent, the most brilliant expresso. We loved the restaurant " Il Posto" which was just steps away from Villa".
