Villa Marjan is located in the heart of the city, a few hundred meters from the palace, near the end of the promenade, at the bottom of Marjan hill, which in 1964. was declared a forest and thus protected by the Nature Protection Act of Croatian. Marjan is suitable for sport and recreation.
