Apartment Klara is located 3 minutes walking distance from the center of Split, located on Klarina street, on the third floor of a threefloor building in a peaceful and quiet street full of parks and green surfaces. It is located around 100 meters from the Split's famous hotel Park, and 150 meters from the very popular Split sandy beach - Bacvice; which besides the beautifull beach itself offers a touristic complex with bars, coffe bars, disco clubs, restaurants, fitness centers,an aquarium, a movie theater, and a summer stage for concerts and festivals.

The apartment itself is a two-level apartment of around 40 m2 (32 m2 + 8 m2 gallery space), with 2+2 beds, a completely equiped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower tub and a bide, a dining and a living area. It is a unique space, airy, with a line of windows and roof windows built into the celing. The sleeping gallery with a 2x2 bed for two is also a part of the space, but it also offers a great amount of privacy. The biggest space measure is almost 10 m long.

From the both levels, there is a magnificent view on the Diocletians palace and the st. Duje's cathedral.
