It is next to the famous beach "Bacvice", Split's main beach, mostly a sandy beach famous for "Picigin" game, a game played with a small ball in shallow water. It is an urban, central city beach, situated a few minutes' walk from the railway station. Bacvice is backed by a number of restaurants, caffe bars and nightclubs all lined up and easy to walk to. The beach has been awarded with the Blue Flag.
The Apartment is situated next to Hotel "Park" which a very well known and popular hotel. The apartmant has one bedroom with double bed, third bed on request, one bathroom, lounge, eating area and kitchen.
