Split Apartments, especially those in the Center of Split, have a natural homely and practical feel. As perfect Accommodation in Split they are close to the Split Old town centre, Diocletian’s palace, Marjan park, Split ferry port, the Split town markets, shops, the numerous cafes and, of course, the Adriatic sea and Split beaches. Their designs are an organic response to the needs and desires of people who used them and are full Dalmatian character and urban charm. 

Being situated at the centre of the Croatian coast and surrounded by Dalmatian Islands such as Brac, Hvar, Solta and Ciovo, Split has for a long time been a Croatian and international tourist resort and the city's population and demography has always been known to change drastically over the summer months as tourists from Croatia and other countries visit the city to enjoy its beauty, culture and way of life, but also to use it as a transfer point for onward travel, either to the local islands or further afield to Dubrovnik, Rijeka, Pula, Monte Negro , Italy, Greece and beyond! 

Since Croatia regained its position as a tourist destination after the 1990s and the locals have seen their tastes and circumstances take them away from the city center and toward the more modern and affordable apartments in newer parts of the growing city the enchanting old Split city center was left with an abundance of apartments and studios which became available and perfect Split Accommodation for use by those visiting the city. Apartments Split Croatia recognized this trend but also realised that a lot of the apartments in Split city center were in need of love and care after some years of neglect. We have therefore gone on a mission to hand pick the best kept Accommodation in Split - apartments and studios in the centre of Split and make them visible to those wishing to experience the city we know and love. In our quest to show the best of Split apartments we assisted owners through renovation of their apartments in Split and in bringing those apartments to the Split Accommodation rental market. 

Today we work with a network of 90 owners with a total of 110 apartments in Split, representing what we believe to be the best of Split Apartments and Accommodation urban experience for visitors at any time of year. And, as the world continues to recognize Split as the magical place we always knew it to be, we hope to continue bringing more of Split apartments to those wishing to experience the true Split and improve our visitors time spent in Croatia, whether they are here to explore or simply take a break before moving on.
